Ocimum offers molecular marker-based services for genotyping. We can utilize:
- SNPs
- Microsatellites
- RAPDs
SNP Discovery and Detection
Ocimum offers both SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) discovery and detection
- SNP Discovery – On providing tissue or DNA samples of parents or offspring, we will find SNPs based on ESTs and Genome Sequence information of that organism.
- SNP Detection – Done using three different platforms, i.e., TaqMan, Thirdwave Technologies and an in-house designed assay, based on your needs.
