Gene Design and Synthesis
We do gene synthesis, and clone genes in the vector of your choice. OptGene™, a novel gene optimizing tool developed by Ocimum, is employed to design genes to achieve higher productivity and stability in the host. We also synthesize genes using sequence information provided by the customer and clone into one of our standard vectors - pUC based vectors or TA vectors. We then sequence both strands of the gene. We provide the following to the customer:
- Plasmid DNA
- Glycerol Culture
- Sequence file of the synthesized gene
