To facilitate these applications, OptGene™ now features a sophisticated graphical user interface for designing and optimizing DNA sequences both interactively and automatically. The software comprises a robust automated molecular biology workflow with sophisticated bioinformatics algorithms, which integrate a large set of optimization parameters, such as codon usage, mRNA secondary structure, splice site detection, or GC content, to provide customers with a fully integrated program for gene optimization.
The new and improved automated version also supports multiple sequence optimization and provides comprehensive report generation. The entire optimization flow is displayed and an option to save and export this as .pdf file has also been provided.
