The interface is a major positive, simple, effective and computationally less expensive compared to other windows based programs of its kind. It is well integrated and very systematic for storing and managing the data being analysed. Visualisation options are commendable. Primer design utility is well programmed, consistent and does it at a good speed. Other gene analysis toolkits within the suite are also well made and easily interpretable. This is a handy tool which can easily invade a busy wet lab group or analysis oriented bioinformatics firms and research groups.

Easy to browse, with a clean and somewhat intuitive interface. The tools that performed best for nucleotide analysis include: The contig assembly module, restriction enzyme analysis, the ORF finding module, the BLAST suite, multiple sequence alignment (for DNA), and the primer design module.
