To ensure topicality the latest release of the database was filtered for genes with full functional characterization, thereby enabling efficient and focused whole genome research. The represented genes were kept non-redundant in Ocimum Biosolutions proprietary CodSeq® database

Ocimum's whole mouse genome oligonucleotide microarray provides the most comprehensive, up-to-date and high-quality coverage of the mouse genome available.
