   1. For every three (3) Named User, Perpetual LIMS licenses you trade in, Ocimum will provide you with one (1) Biotracker™ LIMS Concurrent, Perpetual user license
   2. For every one (1) Concurrent User, Perpetual LIMS licenses you turn in, Ocimum will provide you with one (1) Biotracker™ LIMS Concurrent, Perpetual user license

   (Note: Combining multiple LIMS to swap is allowed. All COTS LIMS are allowed. Internally/Custom developed LIMS are allowed (proof of number of users required.)

2. You purchase fixed price Implementation/Customization Services
3. You purchase Training Services
4. You purchase Biotracker Perpetual Server License
5. You will receive 90 day Warranty period (from date of system acceptance)
6. You must purchase First Year Support & Maintenance Contract
7. You can purchase additional Biotracker Concurrent User Licenses, if needed
