NCI-60 Cell Line Genomic Reference Data Set
Enabling translational oncology through application of the NCI–60 cell lines
The NCI-60 cell lines are well characterized reference standards used in cancer research. These cell lines have undergone extensive study, including response to treatment with over 100,000 chemical compounds. This and other NCI-60 data is used for comparison to tissues or models of interest to enable hypothesis generation.

Gene Logic now adds to this wealth of NCI-60 cell line characterization with the availability of both whole genome gene expression and genotype profiles for each of the untreated NCI-60 cell lines.
