Online Issue Tracking System

Customers can report their issues using their personalized support page. After submitting a issue, customer will receive confirmation of receipt via email and will be assigned a unique ticket number.

Average turn around time for a response is 24 hours; however, customers are provided with work around solutions so that normal work is not affected.

After resolution of the problem and subsequent approval from our QA department, the resolution is sent to the customer and is also reflected on their personalized support page.

Feedback Submission

Customers feedback is very valuable to us. The personalized support page has a feedback form, using which customers can give product enhancement suggestions, including improvements on existing products and request for additional features.
